We are tied by some terms that other brands stipulate. Anything like this is covered in the ‘guarantee section on a product page.  But really aside from your statutory rights, the basic message you need to take away is, if you are not happy, for whatever reason, and we cannot fix it, we will refund you. We always aim to have people leave us happy, feeling like they have been treated well and fairly! Some common-sense elements apply to this, which we think are fair:

  • If it is our mistake we will fix it at our expense
  • If it is broken we will  refund, replace or fix it at our expense
  • If you ordered incorrectly or don’t like what has arrived, we will sort it too, but we think it is reasonable you cover the postage for making it right.
