If you or someone you know has problems with their fine motor skills there are many ways to hack some of the problems you may face.
People with Dyspraxia often have poor fine motor skills.
So here we’ve come up with 3 great ways of using hair rollers to help!
First, buy some hair rollers. You can buy some like this from places like Wilkinsons and Body Care in different sizes.
Simply remove the plastic from the rollers and start using them as helpful gripping devices.
They are soft and squishy meaning they are easier to grip than things like pens, pencils, toothbrushes and cutlery.
You can buy adaptations out there but it’s definitely worth trying this hack as it’s so inexpensive.
