You can also use an Inflatable Wobble Cushion.
Inflatable wobble cushions are perfect for home, school and the office. The cushion encourages active sitting and can be used in a variety of settings. It helps to reduce fidgeting and to promote good posture by engaging core muscles.
It can be used to aid proprioception and balance by placing the cushion on the floor and standing and balancing. The rounded shape of the Wobble Cushion means that the user must actively use the supporting muscles to remain stable.
An anti-slip surface is featured on one side and the other is designed to stimulate a child’s sensory receptors with tiny bumps.
Wobble cushion exercises are effective for improving your sense of proprioception, which is strongly linked to balance.
The wobble cushion is suitable for all ages and abilities.
